![]() (The lack of ninja tricks in this game does hurt though.) Basically Eldritch Scoundrel is a Rogue with lots of spells. You get almost everything a normal unchained rogue gets (great melee DPS, debilitating injury, dex-to-damage dual wield, advanced rogue talents.) but you also get 2/3 wizard casting. If you want to throw around rays (and eventually all damaging spells) and get extra sneak dice, pick Arcane Trickster.Įldritch Scoundrel+Unchained Rogue (which is what this game has) is quite strong in PnP (I think it's actually banned in PFS). If you want a melee sneak attacker supported by strong wizard buffs, who's also got a lot of rogue skills, pick Eldritch Scoundrel. The key difference is whether you want to attack with ray spells or melee weapons/bows. Reddit's Rules of Order The entirety of the rules of Reddit still apply here.
